Christine English, FPQP™

Chief Administrative Officer & Client Care Specialist

One of the most important things to me is helping people and their families. Wealth management isn’t just about their money; it’s about their lives.”

Christine’s Role at Marshall Financial

Christine joined Marshall Financial as a registered paraplanner, learning every aspect of the business from the ground up.  As technology began to reshape the financial industry, she took on responsibility for putting the right technology to work to best serve our clients and help them achieve their life goals. “I like that this industry brings new challenges every day,” she says.

Today, Christine divides her time between two roles. As a Client Care Specialist, she handles the back-office paperwork, processing, and other tasks that keep our clients’ accounts and plans in order. “I love talking with clients and really getting to know them,” she says. “I appreciate the relationships we’ve built and the experiences we have shared over the years.”

As the firm’s Chief Administrative Officer, she oversees our client care and administrative staff, serves on the leadership team, keeps our technology up to date, and makes sure the office runs smoothly.

Get to Know Christine

Clients and coworkers value Christine’s ever-positive outlook and strong work ethic. No matter how formidable the goal, she finds a way to achieve it. That’s likely what earned her a Golden Calculator Award – a monthly award at Marshall that recognizes staff who go above and beyond.

When Christine isn’t hard at work meeting our clients’ day-to-day needs, you’ll find her outdoors engaged in one of her two favorite activities: gardening and playing with her menagerie of pets (two dogs and two cats). She’s fostered dogs in the past, helping to find them good homes. She’s also mentored teens aging out of foster care, guiding them on their journey toward adulthood.
